Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sitches. By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally allowed to use an adult dating product where you live.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. You may not create an account for someone else, impersonate another person, or use Sitches after a ban or suspension without written permission.

3. Acceptable use

• No harassment, threats, stalking, blackmail, or coercion.
• No non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, or illegal material.
• No scams, spam, catfishing, or deceptive identity claims.
• No attempts to scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, and we may preserve relevant evidence where required for safety, fraud, or legal compliance.

4. Content and privacy

You keep ownership of the content you upload, but you give us the limited rights needed to host, display, moderate, and deliver that content inside Sitches. Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy page.

5. Paid features

Paid features, subscriptions, and any registration fees are optional unless explicitly stated in the product at the time of purchase. Billing terms, renewal behavior, and cancellation handling follow the channel you purchased through, such as Apple, Google, or a future web checkout.

6. Safety and moderation

Sitches is not a background-check service and cannot guarantee the identity or behavior of every user. Use common sense, meet in public where appropriate, and use the reporting and blocking tools provided in the app.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these terms, created safety risk, or abused the service. Some records may be retained for fraud prevention, safety, or legal obligations.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice inside the app or through the website before the update takes effect.
